• I believe that one-party government means taxation without representation.
  
  
• As a Constitutional Conservative running as a  Republican, I strongly support the foundational American principle, "No taxation without representation," at all levels of government.
  

Why am I running for this office?

"I spent my first career serving my country in the United States Air Force.  I now find myself disappointed by the direction in which our country is moving...at all levels.  I suppose I could sit back, be retired, and do nothing, but that is not who I am.  I believe I can make a positive contribution to Boulder County government and to the lives and economic well-being of my fellow citizens.

"As I contemplated whether or not to run for this office, a famous quote kept running through my mind.  John F. Kennedy said, 'Ask not what your country can do for you, but rather what you can do for your country.'"

"I love my country and want to make a positive difference no matter how great or small. If this is the path I am to walk, then I ask for your support in this endeavor."
